Bhutan Ha Valley Trek

This is a trek in a region in Bhutan that has only very recently been opened to the outside world. It offers you a holiday with walks in a very picturesque and remote region of Bhutan.

This trek in Bhutan is in the North West. It is a region that has only recently been opened to tourism. Our walk here takes us through pictures valleys and mountain tops close to the border of Sikkim and Tibet. Close here is a large yak grazing valley beyond which stands the snow capped mountain of Chundugang.

Our walk takes us past high mountain and lakes in a region that where the locals believe in legends of the supernatural powers of the region.

On this walk you will be trekking a mountain wilderness area, that is beautiful, remote, sparesly populated. I am hoping that Chengdu who accompanied me on my last trek to Chomolhari will also join me on this trek, as he is from Ha.

Day 01 Fly to Kolkata

Day 03 Hike To Taktshang Eve. drive to Haa
Day 04 Haa walk
Day 05 Drive to Kajina & trek to Tsho kam-5-6hrs.
Day 06 Trek to Wangithang 6hrs 3925m
Day 07 Wangithang-Tsho Napatta 5-6hrs.
Day 08 Halt at Tsho Napatta
Day 09 Tsho Napatta- Rigona 4150m 4-5hrs.
Day 10 Rigona -Yoelu 5-6hrs
Day 11 Yoelu-Haa 4hrs. & drive to Thimphu
Day 12 Thimphu Sightseeing
Day 13 Depart to Kolkata and connect with flight to Sydney
Day 14 Arrive Sydney
