When I established “The Trekking Company” 19 years ago I hardly imagined that it would make us so many friends in Australia. Life has been fun and I thank all of you for your support.

I could not have managed this without the support of the ground handling company “Himalayan Adventures” in Darjeeling and Sheila’s personal attention. All those who know Sheila will understand what I mean when I say this. I think it’s the woman’s touch that makes all the difference to the organisation. Word has got around. She now receives enquires and bookings from Europe and America. Read the email below: She has therefore put together a website listing the trips that she is offering. www.himalayadventures.com

And she is now offering the following packages for early bookings:

Make a booking for 4 people and pay for 3 people. 1 Person treks for free.
Make a booking for 2 people and receive a 15% discount per person.
Make a booking for 1 person and receive a 10% discount.

This offer is valid only for confirmed bookings received by the 30^th October 2007

To make a confirmed booking you need to pay a non refundable amount of AUD$500.00 per person, with the balance being paid 75days before joining the trip. For bookings out of Australia, prices will be provided in Australian dollars..

This offer is valid for all the trips currently listed on the website www.himalayadventures.com till 30^th December, 2008.

Each departure will operate with a maximum of 14 members and a minimum of 6.

Kindly note that the cost of flights are not included. We will be happy to arrange the flights or advise you how to get to the destination mentioned. If any of the trips interest you, do send for details.
