You meet amazing people when you are out there traveling. I met Johan and Henrik who are circumnavigating the world in a small diesel powered aircraft to raise the awareness of deafness –

They are trekking with our team now and will possibly join us on a trek in Peru in July.

I am in Darjeeling just now co-ordinating meeting our trekking groups. I shall be returning to Canberra on 23rd April and then heading off with our Everest Advance Base Camp trek group to Tibet on 6th May.

Over the months of June, July, August and September, we have trips to Ladakh , Peru , K2 in Pakistan and Darjeeling. One of the well kept secrets in the Himalaya is Ladakh. It makes a great trip either on its own or as a combination with Darjeeling. We have regular departures for treks in Ladakh.

The treks in around the Cordillera Huayhuash in Peru are some of my favourite treks. We have departures for these on 30th July and 13th August.

On the 8th of September, I am planning to trek around Mt. Kailash. This is a trip around one of the holiest mountains in the world.

Then on 7th October – I am off to trek in the HA Valley region of Western Bhutan . We only have a few places left for this trip, so if it interests you, please do email me for details.

October November and December are the best months for treks in the Eastern Himalaya which includes Darjeeling, Sikkim, Nepal and Bhutan. Then ofcourse you may like to consider our fantastic trek to
Kilimanjaro in December and January or our trip to Patagonia in February!
